  This is one of maybe four (?) locally owned restaurants that serve eastern NC BBQ and fried chicken. They have the staples, you don't get the impression they just steamed 1000 pounds of BBQ at one time to send to their locations. Expect, good basic vinegar based BBQ, slaw, hush puppies. Skip the french fries.
